Convert a small-looking percentage into an explicit cost assumption.

A worked example
For a constant hypothetical balance of 10,000 units, an annual expense rate of 0.25 percent corresponds to 25 units, while 1 percent corresponds to 100. The 75-unit difference is an illustration; real balances and charging methods vary. Keeping units visible makes the comparison easier to check.
