7-Day Course

Validate before building too much.

Use one week to test problem clarity, customer language, offer strength, pricing logic, and proof of demand.

Lessons

Turn an idea into evidence.

Day 1

Write the problem.

Define who has the problem, when it happens, why it matters, and what they do now.

Day 2

Interview five people.

Ask about behaviour and current workarounds. Avoid pitching before you understand the pain.

Day 3

Describe the offer.

Write the promise, customer, price range, delivery method, and what success looks like.

Day 4

Build the smallest proof.

Create a landing page, mockup, manual service, waitlist, or one-person pilot.

Day 5

Calculate break-even.

Estimate fixed costs, variable costs, contribution margin, and sales needed to survive.

Day 6

Ask for commitment.

Look for replies, calls, deposits, pre-orders, pilots, or clear next-step interest.

Day 7

Choose next experiment.

Decide whether to refine the customer, offer, price, channel, or product scope.
