Section and source checklist
This is a maintenance record prepared before the scheduled 07:00 London ONS release. It makes no claim about the unpublished September inflation figures.
Completed
- Audited all 40 mapped sections, 825 existing HTML pages, 28,213 local routes, and 906 existing sitemap entries before this update. The structural checks found no missing mapped routes or broken local links.
- Checked the ONS September consumer-price release page and release calendar. At the pre-release check, the figures were not published.
- Published an evergreen inflation-release reading checklist using the ONS publication-method guide, and connected it to Trading Academy, Investing, Money Library, Bitcoin Start, and the homepage.
- Added the new guide to the sitemap. Published a 21 October source review, a reader exercise, and a dated source pack using the 20 October ONS bulletin and the 16 October Bank speech; the inflation release remained pending at the pre-release check.
Still to verify
- After 07:00 London time, reopen the original ONS bulletin and verify its published status, reference month, CPI and CPIH figures, drivers, and correction notices before any news article quotes it.
- The 16–20 October dates have no separate NAKAMOTO daily posts. The 21 October catch-up reviews dated original sources without claiming publication on those earlier days.
- Review older dated pages for relative “today” wording and historical claims only when those pages are substantively republished.
- Verify live deployment after GitLab sync; local tests alone do not prove publication.
